Shipping policy

We currently only offer free delivery to customers living in the CT5 postcode. Where possible, this is a same-day delivery service. Please note there is a minimum £10 spend for local delivery.

We are NOW posting to the UK. We do not offer international shipping.

For customers in the UK, we use Royal Mail for most deliveries. Our deliveries are usually packed and shipped the next day and should arrive with you within three to five working days, but may take longer at busy times. If they don’t, please let us know.

If any items become out of stock we will usually take them off the website and refund your payment.

However, if your item becomes out of stock, but we are able to order it in, we will email you with the option to wait, or to cancel your order.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed via Royal Mail Signed or Royal Mail Guaranteed.

GIFT WRAP & MESSAGE TAG

We are very happy to gift wrap, just purchase your required amount of gift wrap and card if required. Messages will be hand written by us on gift tags. A short message can be included, just check the box where indicated and fill in, when you are in the final stages of completing your order.
